Snohomish County — On Friday, May 8, Snohomish County Executive Dave Somers was joined by Dr. Chris Spitters, Health Officer for the Snohomish Health District, and Dr. Timothy Cavanagh a Veterinarian with All Creatures Veterinary Services.
