UPDATE 5:36 PM April 15, 2021: Richard “John” Burke has been taken into custody by law enforcement and the three children have been safely located. They were all four located in Santa Rosa, New Mexico.
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash., April 14, 2021 – Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office detectives are seeking the public’s help in locating three juvenile boys who are considered missing.
On March 23, Richard “John” Burke fled the state with his three children. Conner Burke, 10, Keegan Burke, 7, and Rhys Burke, 6, remain missing.
Richard “John” Burke currently has a $500,000 felony warrant issued by the Snohomish County Superior Court for three counts of Custodial Interference.
He has ties to Lake Stevens and Marysville. He is believed to be traveling in a grey or white Chevrolet Express Van with Washington license plate #BXB2454.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Richard “John” Burke, Conner Burke, Keegan Burke, or Rhys Burke is asked to call 911.
