Sno-Isle Genealogical Society meeting on May 3

Public invited to attend Sno-Isle Genealogical Society General Meeting on May 3, 2023, 7 to 9pm at the Wicker’s Bldg., 19921 Poplar Way, Heritage Park, Lynnwood, where Corey Smith will share his false starts, missteps and surprises on his way to a solid proof and a new set of research techniques.  He will share a story about finding an undocumented marriage and a story about learning how to weave together evidence into a compelling narrative. 

The meeting is open to the general public and will be live streamed on the Society’s Facebook channel https://www.facebook.com/SnoIsleGenealogicalSociety. If joining by LiveStream, please ask questions and comment in real-time.

What is the Sno-Isle Genealogical Society

The Sno-Isle Genealogical Society is devoted to furthering genealogy research and education through our library at Humble House in Lynnwood, Washington and through educational events and focus groups. Its focus is on promoting interest in family history through our collection of local, national, and event based genealogical materials. Thier volunteers are committed to recording and researching genealogical data concerning Snohomish and Island Counties in the State of Washington.  They have a large collection of local resources including obituaries, personal histories, and other locally curated material.
