Snohomish County, Wash., November 25, 2023—Expect cold frost-filled mornings in Snohomish County until Thursday morning when it is forecasted to rain around 11 a.m. with rain continuing into the weekend according to the National Weather Service. Daily temperatures will be fluctuating between a low of 33°F tonight, Saturday evening, to a high in the mid-40s this week.
Multiple cold shelters in Snohomish County are open, providing overnight shelter during the cold season. Cold weather season generally starts in November and can last through March.Â

Youth between the ages of 12-17 years of age who need shelter may call Cocoon House, a nonprofit serving homeless and at-risk youth in Snohomish County, at 425-877-5171.
