Camp Fire Snohomish County raises over $162,000 for youth

EVERETT—Camp Fire Snohomish County hosted their 29th annual auction fundraiser on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Hotel Indigo on the Everett Waterfront. Over 160 guests rolled the dice and attended the Monopoly-themed auction, raising over $162,000. The event featured a playful and engaging Monopoly themed atmosphere, turning the evening into a high-stakes game of philanthropy.

The evening included a silent auction with over 115 items, 14 live auction items, a dessert dash, and several themed carnival style games, bringing the Monopoly board to life. Beyond the financial success, guests raved about the vibrant energy, the interactive games, and the connections they forged with other attendees.

Programming for the evening included heartfelt testimonials from Executive Director, Krissy Davis, and Jessica Guerrier, a parent of two Camp Killoqua campers. Guests were encouraged to ‘raise the paddle’ to provide scholarship funding for children from low-income and housing insecure families, raising over $51,000 to send youth directly to Camp Killoqua.

Camp Fire Snohomish County extends heartfelt thanks to all their auction sponsors and generous donors for their unwavering support of their programs.
