MONROE—The Ward Roney Jr. VFW Post 7511 and its Auxiliary are excited to invite the community to rally around the fourth annual Flags for our Fallen golf tournament fundraiser!
Please register by Wednesday, September 18 for this scramble-style golf tournament, which takes place 0800 (check in at 0700), Saturday, September 21, 2024, at the Echo Falls Golf Club in Snohomish. This family-friendly event includes a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf on the beautiful Echo Falls fairway, and a delicious fajita lunch.
Founded in 2021, the Post 7511 Flags for our Fallen Golf Tournament was an immediate hole-in-one, quickly securing its position as the Post’s most impactful annual fundraiser. Each time you tee off, you’re helping to make possible Post 7511’s foundational work to support our veteran neighbors in need and their families, and the Monroe community.
Flags for our Fallen is more than just a golf game! It’s an uplifting, mission-focused event and a fantastic opportunity to authentically support local veterans while having a great time. The success of this annual tournament relies on community involvement.

Single golfer registration is $165, twosomes $330, threesomes are $495, and four person teams are $660. Single, twosome, and threesome registrants will be arranged into teams of four. Specific Post 7511 efforts and initiatives made possible through this vital fundraiser include VFW youth essay contests, community events, scholarships for Monroe students, the VFW relief fund, direct outreach to local veterans in need and their families, assistance to Gold Star moms and families, plus much more.
