Jordan Creek Bridge 214 Replacement

Prior to a single-lane reduction in 2019, Jordan Creek Bridge 214 carried more than 1000 vehicles a day across Jordan Creek, including ten percent freight traffic. Built in 1981 on timber piles, the existing bridge needs to be updated to meet seismic codes and current traffic needs. The new, wider bridge will restore two-way traffic and include two six-foot shoulders for improved mobility of all users.

Construction and Road Closure

Construction is expected to start in March 2025. A full road closure is anticipated to begin after local schools break for the summer and last through fall (mid-June through early October). For more information or to sign up for project updates, visit snohomishcountywa.gov/4117.
