MARYSVILLE—Robert Anthony Fiore, 50s, of Marysville, was arrested on February 14, on five counts of sexually explicit depictions of minors and two counts of dealing in sexually explicit depictions of minors.

Marysville Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, with assistance from the Marysville Pro-Act Team and the Washington Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, served a search warrant on a residence to arrest Fiore for possessing and dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This search warrant and arrest occurred at a residence in the Lakewood area of Marysville.
Fiore is a Level II registered sex offender under active DOC supervision. Convicted in 2021 of similar crimes in California, this suspect was again found to be engaging in similar behavior. Child sexual abuse material was seized from the electronic devices found in the residence and from the suspect’s online profiles.

The suspect remains in custody on seven felony counts at the Snohomish County Jail with a bail set at $150,000.
