Fair on 44th now accepting 2025 vendor applications

Mark your calendar! Lynnwood’s Fair on 44th Health and Safety Community Block Party will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, on 44th Avenue West in front of the City’s Civic Campus.

Vendor Booth Selection Criteria

Due to high demand and interest to add local businesses to the event, we are opening up a limited number of spots for vendors with the following criteria: 

  • Booth space will be 10′ x 10′
  • Vendors will be responsible to provide their own canopy, table, and chairs
  • No sales allowed (except food vendors)
  • Must provide a free interactive activity for participants
  • Preference will be given to organizations associated with health or safety
  • Preference will be given to Lynnwood-based businesses and organizations

Booth Fees

  • Businesses: $500 
  • Food Vendor: $150
  • Non-Profit Organization: $100

Vendor Selection

The first review of applications will begin on May 5, 2025; notifications of selected vendors will be sent by May 19, 2025. Applications will be accepted and reviewed until vendor spots are filled. Vendor Applications will close on August 1, 2025.
