LYNNWOOD—The Lynnwood Arts Commission and Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation invite visual artists in Lynnwood to show their work at the city hall gallery. The 3rd annual “Lynnwood Artists” juried show is open to artists of all ages and levels. No entry fees.
The exhibit will be juried by the Arts Commission. The Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation will present 2 “People’s Choice” Awards of $200 each at the artist reception.

- Notification: Artists will be notified of the results by May 2, 2025
- Delivery Dates: May 26 – June 1, 2025 (to be confirmed)
- Exhibit Dates: June 2 – July 14, 2025
- Artist Reception Date: Thursday, June 26, 2025, 5:30-7:30pm (to be confirmed)
- Pick up Dates: July 15 – 20, 2025 (to be confirmed)

Requirements, Terms & Conditions (Please read the following information carefully)
- By applying to be in this exhibit, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this form.
- Applying artist must have a Lynnwood address.
- Original art only. No copies or derivatives, reproductions or based on other copyrighted, published or photographed materials.
- Up to two entries only. One or both entries may be selected. This is a group show.
- Artists may not substitute another work for an accepted work, alter the work or withdraw the work after it has been accepted.
- We reserve the right to invite artists who do not apply and to NOT select an artist through this application process.
- We reserve the right to refuse, upon delivery, any piece which does not match the photo or meet the size or framing criteria, or contains materials that pose a safety hazard.
- Artist gives permission to reproduce accepted artwork for promotional uses, including online.
- Further instruction for accepted works will follow with notification on May 2, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY: Applying artist must have a Lynnwood address.
GALLERY: Inside City Hall at 19100 44th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Space is 32 linear feet. We encourage artists to visit and preview the space. Hours: M-Th 8:30am – 3:30 p.m., Friday 8:30am – 12 p.m. Evening hours: Most Mondays & 3rd Wednesdays, 5:30-9 p.m.

SIZE RESTRICTIONS: 2-D work from 12”x12” to 30”x30” properly wired for hanging. 3-D work must be able to hang on wall.
SUBJECT MATTER: This is a public space visited by people of many cultures, nationalities, and ages. We reserve the right to not exhibit work that we deem unsuitable for the public space (for example, works that contain nudity, or inappropriate language).
ART SALES: Contact information of interested buyers will be provided directly to artists to complete purchase transactions. No sales commission is charged.
LIABILITY: Please be advised that every reasonable precaution will be taken during the receiving, transport, installation, exhibition and return of your artwork but the City of Lynnwood, their officials, officers, employees or volunteers do not assume responsibility for loss or damage that might be incurred during this process. All work needs to be of substantial enough nature to withstand these procedures. We encourage each artist to carry their own insurance.
