LYNNWOOD—The Lynnwood Police Department with assistance from the Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force arrested a 17-year-old male and 19-year-old male today who allegedly shot multiple rounds into a Swift Bus on April 18, 2025.

On April 18 just after 9 p.m., the two male suspects got into a confrontation with a male passenger at the Swift Bus Stop located in the 19900 block of Highway 99. Both suspects were armed and flashed gang signs at a passenger before allegedly firing rounds into the bus, no one was injured.
The 19-year-old male, Manuel de Pootchan, was transported and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Attempted Murder 1st Degree, Felony Harassment, and Malicious Mischief 2nd Degree.

The 17-year-old male was transported and booked into Denney Juvenile Justice Center for Attempted Murder 1st, Degree, Felony Harassment, Malicious Mischief 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd degree.
Detectives are still attempting to identify and contact a bus passenger who sat across from the suspects just prior to the incident and a second passenger who was nearly struck by the rounds fired into the bus.
