SNOHOMISH COUNTYโThe Snohomish County Sports Commission announces the promotion of Nathan Caferro to Sports Events Manager. As the Sports Events Manager, Nathan will elevate our Event Services Program including assisting with our annual sporting events and starting an Equipment Donation Program.

Nathan began working for the Snohomish County Sports Commission as the Sports Event Coordinator in June 2022. His leadership has helped the organization with creating better partnerships and creating memorable athlete and spectator experience for the sporting events hosted in Snohomish County.
He was named Sports ETA Rising Star in April 2023. His dedication and commitment have helped several sporting events be award winners and finalists. His work with the 2024 USA Softball Class B Western Nationals helped Seattle Metro JO be awarded the James Farrell Award of Excellence in recognition of hosting three USA Softball National Championships in 2024. Snohomish United Bigfoot Soccer Tournament was awarded Champions of Economic Impact presented by Sports Destination Management in 2022 and 2024. Nathan has worked with the Snohomish Youth Soccer Club on their youth soccer tournament for the last three years.
Nathan grew up in Marysville. He is a graduate of Archbishop Murphy High School and Gonzaga University.
