SKAGIT COUNTY—Arlington man dies in fatal collision between a motorcycle and a Subaru Forester that occurred late Sunday evening near SR-20 and Dalles Road in Skagit County, Washington State Patrol reports.
The fatal incident took place around 4:32 p.m., Sunday, August 31. Initial findings suggest the Forester was turning westbound onto SR-20 from Dalles Road when a Yamaha motorcycle traveling eastbound driven by Wesley Feller, 48 of Arlington, struck the side of vehicle. The motorcycle came to rest blocking Dalles Road.
Authorities are state that Feller failed to yield resulting in the fatal collision. He was pronounced dead by Skagit County Fire District 8 at the scene of the incident. A USDOT Helmet was worn. No drugs nor alcohol was suspected to have contributed to the incident.

This statement is false Feller was on sr 20 and she was at a stopping and failed to yield. And he did not die at the scene’ he died in route to the hospital.
