Located within the Fisherman’s Harbor district of the Port’s billion-dollar Waterfront Place mixed-use development, the site offers a rare opportunity to bring a new dining experience to the Everett waterfront, overlooking the West Coast’s largest public marina with panoramic Puget Sound marina and mountain views.

The Port is seeking a high-end steakhouse or other experiential dining concept to entertain a long-term ground lease and tenant-built restaurant building at this final parcel of the district. The site, known as parcel A7, can accommodate a two-story building with up to 8,000 square feet of interior space, valet parking, expansive outdoor patio and rooftop deck.

The site features a prominent location along an active corner of the Port of Everett’s marina promenade with highway and waterside visibility. In addition to driving, patrons have a unique boat-in option at the Port’s adjacent guest dock, and just steps away, the Grand Avenue Park foot bridge connects downtown Everett to the waterfront.

The site is surrounded by two hotels, 266 waterfront apartment homes (with an additional 300+ units breaking ground in 2026), a growing mix of retail, restaurant and office uses, and public parks and plazas featuring year-round activations and events.

“This is one-of-a-kind opportunity to become part of Everett’s transforming destination waterfront – and in our view – offers one of the best seats in the house,” said Catherine Soper, the Port’s Chief of Business Development & Tourism. “With strong year-round foot traffic, a bustling public marina, and a vibrant calendar of events and activations, this space presents an exceptional business opportunity for the right partner.”

Located in Snohomish County, one of the fastest growing counties in Washington state, the Port’s Waterfront Place is changing the regional tourism landscape with new waterfront hotels and housing, restaurants, public access, community events, and more.

It marked more than 1.6 million site visits in 2024, with annual visits only expected to grow.
