Public Hearing Notice: Mukilteo Planning Commission Critical Areas Ordinance

MUKILTEO—The City of Mukilteo Planning Commission will be hosting a Public Hearing on Critical Areas Update Ordinance on Thursday, January 15, 2026, 6:30 p.m., at City Hall Council Chambers 11930 Cyrus Way.

The Critical Areas Ordinance update is a routine review required by the Growth Management Act, conducted every ten years. It incorporates best available science and guidance from state agencies to protect critical areas such as wetlands, fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas, frequently flooded areas, and geologically hazardous areas.
