EVERETT—The Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce will kick off 2026 with a Lunch & Learn designed for business owners and nonprofit leaders who want stronger connections and a clearer way to communicate what they do. Brand Strategy 101 takes place Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at 1611 Everett Avenue, Everett, WA 98201.

This first Member Meeting of the year features Matt Wolfe, Partner and Director of Brand Strategy at Brand3 Marketing, a StoryBrand-certified consultant who has helped more than 200 organizations across 30 industries clarify their message and build marketing foundations that perform.
“Everett businesses are busy. They’re building, hiring, serving customers, and trying to grow,” said Wendy Poischbeg, CEO of the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce. “This session is about making it easier to explain what you do, stand out in a crowded market, and turn more conversations into real opportunities.”
Many organizations chase tactics, new tools, new platforms, and constant updates. Brand Strategy 101 focuses on the missing piece that makes those tactics work: a clear, compelling message that customers and partners understand quickly.
Attendees will leave with practical takeaways, including:
- Why tactics alone rarely solve marketing challenges
- Steps to build a brand story that attracts the right customers and referrals
- A clear roadmap to strengthen marketing, sales conversations, and customer experience

In addition to the program, attendees will have access to One Minute on the Mic, a fast-paced pre-program opportunity to introduce their business and what they are looking for in 2026. The Chamber expects strong attendance as members return from the holidays and set growth priorities for the year ahead.
