MONROE – Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Evergreen State Fair!

Available vendor spaces to rent include:
- Commercial exhibitor booths (choose inside the Event Center, the Grandstands building or an outside space throughout the grounds)
- Outdoor food concessionaire spaces (limited availability for 2026)
- One-day information spaces for community service non-profit organizations that provide services, programs, and resources to the public and residents of Snohomish County and Washington State (including Healthy Communities Day on September 3)
- Limited spaces in the new Artisan’s Summer Market (local artisan and handmade products only)
The Fair is always looking for new and different products from those currently present (gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian food vendors for example).
New for 2026: Artisan’s Summer Market and Grandstand Spaces are Back
You told us you wanted more vendors, and we listened! The Artisan’s Summer Market is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience with products you won’t find anywhere else. Featuring only locally made products, this event-within-an-event is your chance to support local artisans and shop for unique finds. We have more vendor spaces available this year than ever before.
The Grandstands are BACK! With over 40 vendor spaces available, this lively area puts you close to the action, with races and live concerts happening just outside, creating steady foot traffic and great visibility.
Whether you’re interested in showcasing your business to thousands of fairgoers or offering the latest and greatest item, you must first apply! Previous exhibitors and concessionaires invited back are given first opportunity to contract for the same space. New vendors must fill out an application. Applications will be accepted until spaces are filled.
The following products are already sufficiently represented at the Fair and are not being given consideration at this time: Gaming or amusement vendors (bouncy houses, pitching machines, etc.); psychics, palm or tarot card readers; and temporary tattoo, airbrush or face painters. Food vendors not being consideration at this time: hamburgers, hot dogs, espresso, or ice cream products.
