LYNNWOOD, Wash., May 30, 2021 – First reported on Q13 Fox, the Lynnwood Police are seeking the public’s assistance in apprehending Oleg Dopolyuk for the theft of a $900 gold necklace from Bella’s Voice.
According to Q13, in addition to the scabs on his face, Dopolyuk also has scabs and red marks on his arms and neck.Â
