Earth Day in Marysville: Join us for tree planting, litter pickup kits & more

MARYSVILLE, Wash., April 1, 2022 – Here’s a chance to demonstrate your care for your community this Earth Day. Come to Doleshel Park on Friday, April 22, from 1 to 3 p.m. to help plant trees in the park. Address is 9028 67th Ave. N.E., Marysville. This event is for all ages, rain or shine. Wear sturdy boots and work clothes; gloves and tools will be provided. 

To join the tree-planting volunteers, please sign up in advance by emailing nicolev@streamkeeper.org with your name, email address and how many people you are bringing. 

In addition, the city will be distributing free litter pickup kits for residents who want to help clean up their neighborhoods. You’ll also find information on pet waste tips and the city’s Adopt-A-Street program.
