LYNNWOOD, Wash. – A man was shot outside of a Lynnwood gas station around noon, Monday, May 16. A suspect has been arrested and the victim has been taken to a nearby hospital in undisclosed condition.
Deputies responded to a call around 11:40 a.m. to a shooting at the Arco gas station at 1515 164th St SW. The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office told the Lynnwood Times deputies located the suspect’s vehicle but he fled on foot.
The suspect was later found around a residence, with the help of K-9 unit Knox and his handler. He was arrested without incident around 12:20 p.m. He had no outstanding warrants.
Both suspect and victim were adult males and are believed to have known each other, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office told the Lynnwood Times.
