Washington State Patrol investigating drive by shooting in Gold Bar 

GOLD BAR, Wash. –The Washington State Patrol are actively investigating a drive by shooting that took place in Gold Bar, Sunday, January 28, on the intersection of state Route 2 and Reiter Road (near milepost 30).

The shooter—who was described as male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches, weighting 170 pounds and wearing a black jacket, pants and a helmet—drove up to a white 2016 Cadillac Escalade in a dirt bike, between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., when he discharged a single round striking the back of the vehicle before fleeing, the WSP said.

No injuries were reported. 

Witnesses could not provide a description of the dirt bike or whether there was a license plate on the dirt bike.

The WSP is also request any in-car dash camera footage from anyone who went through the area around the time of the incident.
