SUMNER, Wash., December 6, 2023—Representative Kelly Chambers (R-Puyallup) surrounded by almost 200 supporters announced her bid to for Peirce County Executive on December 5 at The Hansen Place. Gubernatorial candidate Dave Reichert introduced Chambers who has the endorsement of current Pierce County Executive Bruce Dammeier (R).
Chambers is a lifelong resident of Pierce County and businesswoman. She has served as president of the Health Care Providers Council of Pierce County and is a volunteer and board member at Puget Sound Honor Flight. Chambers currently sits on the Appropriations Committee, Regulated Substances and Gaming Committee, and House Innovation, Community & Economic Development, & Veterans Committee of the Washington State House of Representatives.
