LYNNWOOD—Lynnwood Police are asking the public’s help in apprehending a subject involved in an armed shoplifting incident from a local business.
The subject appears to be a Hispanic male, who looks younger and could be a juvenile, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie with black pants and white shoes.
At approximately 3:40 p.m. two subjects attempted to shoplift from a business on Alderwood Mall Parkway. Loss prevention stopped and attempted to detain them. One subject pulled out a gun and punched loss prevention in the face. Both took off running. One subject is currently in custody and is a juvenile. The other subject is still outstanding as they ran across I-5.
