Lynnwood Police are asking the public to stay on the look out for 35-year-old Mychal Cushman, a felony suspect on the run.
Cushman is wanted for a region-wide crime spree impacting multiple jurisdictions in King and Snohomish County, the Lynnwood PD said.
On June 18, 2024 Cushman allegedly eluded officers in a stolen vehicle before abandoning it in the backyard of a residence located in the 20400 block of 53rd Ave W in Lynnwood. Officers later located the abandoned stolen vehicle, a firearm, and discovered 12 additional stolen vehicles in the same back yard where the truck had been abandoned. Investigators learned Cushman had abandoned the stolen truck and stole another nearby vehicle and fled.
Cushman currently has numerous felony warrants for his arrest in King and Snohomish County to include multiple counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Malicious Mischief, Possession of Stolen Vehicle, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Cushman was described by police as being approximately 6-foot tall, weighing around 215 pounds.
He has been convicted of several felonies in both King and Snohomish Counties including unlawful possession of a firearm, malicious mischief, possession of stolen vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
Cushman is also a known heroin dealer and car thief.
