Louis Harris does not deserve to represent Mukilteo Citizens as their Council President or as a council member. He knew his recent Facebook post regarding Trump’s Assassination attempt was controversial, that is why he BCC’d it with the Mukilteo City Attorney.
This is the same guy who wanted to host a “citizen’s Meet and Greet” on Easter Sunday because, as he stated, “Most people in Mukilteo don’t celebrate Easter.”
The same guy who told a potential Mukilteo Council candidate, “You’ll never get anywhere in this county unless you’re a Democrat.”
The same guy who tried to divert funds away from the popular “Shop with a Cop” and allocate them to his own NAACP pet project, stating, “Their program is Police propaganda.”
I hope Louis is happy that his cred went up in the far-left progressive circles he frequents, because the average Joe has had enough of his inflammatory personal rhetoric and bias towards our Law enforcement and opposing political parties.
He says he can represent all citizens, but his comments say otherwise.
And FYI, Mr. Harris, the “cause” of this tragedy was because a deranged man [who] shot a bullet that took the life of an innocent, trump-loving Father, Brother, and Uncle.
RIP Corey Comperatore, you are the real hero in this tragedy.

So let me guess this straight? Louis Harris should resign because he has an opinion different than yours?
Many of us who voted for him would disagree and encourage free speech by all. Including council members.
