PUD customers deserve a candidate with integrity, vote Julieta

As a longtime Lynnwood resident, I value our parks and the balance we have here between natural beauty and development. I watched the League of Women Voter’s candidate forum with PUD Commissioners and were impressed by all of them, but Julieta Altamirano Crosby stood out as the best person for the job.

Besides her extensive public service experience, she is the only candidate with research experience, something needed now more than ever. With the talk of tearing down the dams by other candidates, she knows the FACTS!

About 97% of the power from PUD is already carbon-free, we are already clean. Her opponents’ policies will cause power bills to skyrocket. We need a reasonable person who looks out for the little people and not corporations.

I’m voting for Julieta for PUD commissioner and urge others to do so. She has commonsense solutions to protect our power grid from cyber-attacks, invest in its infrastructure, and invest in its people while keeping our rates affordable!
