Missing Person Alert for 17-y/o Tommy McKeel

LYNNWOOD—The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Tommy McKeel.


[UPDATE] Monday 5 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2024: Tommy made it home safely. Thank you to everyone who shared the posts and helped keep an eye out!


He was last seen in Lynnwood on Saturday, August 3 around 2:00 p.m. at his residence in the 3300 block of 164th Street SW. Tommy wandered away from home and was reported missing on Saturday, August 3.

Tommy is Autistic with limited verbal communications skills and was last seen wearing a lime green shirt, white and blue shorts with white sneakers. Tommy is 6’2’ tall and 200 pounds. Search and Rescue tracking teams indicated that Tommy likely took a bus from Lynnwood, but it is unknown whether he traveled northbound or southbound.

Search and Rescue is working to obtain any surveillance that may show his route. Anyone with information on Tommy’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
