Below is her press release in its entirety:

Now that the official results of the Snohomish County Primary Elections have been certified, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to every voter who placed their trust in me. I am deeply honored to announce that we have won the primaries for Snohomish County PUD Commissioner District 2 with 51.44% of the vote!

In addition to this exciting win, I am incredibly humbled to have received an endorsement from current Snohomish County Commissioner for District 2, Rebecca J. Wolfe, Ph.D. who will not be seeking re-election. Dr. Wolfe, who holds a master’s degree in environmental law & policy, expressed her support with the following statement: “Julieta has much to offer as a humanitarian. She is a smart, lifelong learner, and I trust that she will work hard to protect our environment and to encourage public engagement.”

This endorsement resonates deeply with my core values, reflecting a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and active community involvement.

I am proud to announce continued support from a broad spectrum of elected officials, Washington State representatives, community leaders, and organizations throughout Snohomish County. I am profoundly grateful for their overwhelming support. As we approach the November 5th General Election, I remain steadfast in my dedication to advocating for affordable and sustainable energy, protecting our environment, and fostering community engagement.
