EVERETT—Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) will host its next Coffee Chats episode, Future Ready Workforce: Strategies for Upskilling, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. This virtual event will feature industry experts discussing the evolving workforce landscape and essential skills for future success.
Moderated by Wendy Poischbeg, Interim President & CEO of EASC, the panel includes Jim Vleming, Regional Labor Economist with the Employment Security Department; Essentia “Tia” Rivera, Senior Manager of Workforce Development at The Boeing Company; Kristina Young, Academic Pipelines Lead in Workforce Development at Boeing; Herman Calzadillas, Senior Director of Business Engagement at Workforce Snohomish; and Dr. Joseph Williams, ICT Sector Lead at the Washington State Department of Commerce.
