- Authorize CEO to negotiate Interlocal Agreement with Skagit Transit to allow Community Transit to offer microtransit services in part of Skagit County.

The Community Transit Board Room is in the Cascade Building, 2312 W Casino Rd, Everett, WA 98204. The board holds regular meetings on the first Thursday of each month.
Community Transit provides bus and paratransit service, vanpool, and innovative transit options in Snohomish County, Wash. The agency is expanding the Swift bus rapid transit network to connect to light rail and provide fast, frequent service throughout the county.
