Leadership Snohomish County announced new executive leadership team

EVERETT— Leadership Snohomish County (LSC), a leading organization in leadership development, is excited to announce a new era of growth with the appointment of Adrianne Wagner as Acting CEO and Kathy Solberg as Chief Strategic Officer. These appointments signal a dynamic return of two esteemed leaders to guide LSC’s mission forward.

Wagner and Solberg, both well-known figures in Snohomish County, bring extensive experience and a shared commitment to community leadership. Their leadership marks a renewed focus on expanding LSC’s impact and fostering inclusive, equitable growth.“

Adrianne and Kathy are visionary community builders,” said Josh Estes, LSC Board Co-Chair. “Their leadership will steer LSC into its next phase with strength and compassion.” Co-Chair Rachel Downes added, “In challenging times, investing in leadership is critical. Adrianne and Kathy are the ideal leaders to amplify our mission and deepen our community ties.”

Meet the Leaders

Adrianne Wagner, Acting CEO

A graduate of LSC’s 2012 Signature Program and Leadership for Racial Equity Cohort, Wagner has served as a board member and program facilitator. With expertise in strategic planning and equity-focused leadership, she is poised to strengthen LSC’s foundation and expand its influence. Her inclusive approach has inspired countless LSC alumni.

Kathy Solberg, Chief Strategic Officer

Solberg, a former LSC Executive Director, returns with decades of experience in nonprofit innovation and coalition building. Known for fostering impactful partnerships, she will drive initiatives that empower leaders to act with purpose and integrity.

Together, Wagner and Solberg will advance LSC’s mission by expanding programs, strengthening community connections, and prioritizing equity and collaboration.

Signature Class Applications Open

LSC is now accepting applications and nominations for its Fall 2025 Signature Class. This transformative program builds leadership skills, promotes personal growth, and emphasizes equity and civic impact. Graduates join a network of over 1,000 Snohomish County leaders shaping the region’s future. Applications are open until August 1, 2025.
