LYNNWOOD—In preparation for a new fifth middle school in the Edmonds School District, the community is invited to offer school names for consideration.Â

The Edmonds School District is preparing for the addition of a fifth middle school, set to begin construction in Summer 2026 and welcome students in Fall 2028. A key step in this process is naming the new school, and we’re inviting community members to be part of the process.
The School Naming Committee is inviting students, staff, families and community members to submit names to be considered for the new school! The committee will recommend three to five names to the school board for consideration.
