LYNNWOOD—Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force (SRDTF) executed four search warrants at the Mountain View Apartment complex in Lynnwood, resulting in the seizure of significant quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine along with multiple arrests.
The operation began on September 17, 2025, when investigators served the first warrant after receiving tips that a 29-year-old man was selling methamphetamine and fentanyl from his apartment at 3611 156th St SW. Detectives seized 34.8 grams of methamphetamine, 19.5 grams of fentanyl powder, 6.3 grams of fentanyl pills, a loaded 9mm pistol, and drug packaging materials before arresting the suspect off-site and booking him into Snohomish County Jail.
As the investigation expanded in October, surveillance revealed additional drug sales from other units in the same complex, including short-stay visits indicative of trafficking and a man openly carrying a rifle in the parking lot. This led detectives to secure warrants for three more apartments.
On the morning of November 19, 2025, with assistance from Region 1 SWAT and North Sound Metro SWAT, authorities conducted a coordinated raid where 21 individuals were found inside the apartments. Fourteen people were arrested on drug-related charges and booked into jails across the region, while Snohomish County Animal Control took custody of a dog from one unit for safekeeping at the Everett Animal Shelter.

- Arrested for: Theft 3 (active Lynnwood PD warrant)

- Arrested for: DWLS 3 (active Lynnwood PD warrant). Transported to Lynnwood Jail.
- 41-year-old male
- Arrested for: Three Lynnwood PD warrants – two for Theft 3, one for Criminal Trespass 2. Transported and booked into Lynnwood Jail.
- 46-year-old male
- Arrested for: Assault 4 – DV (active Marysville PD warrant). Transported and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
- 36-year-old male
- Arrested for: Felony Escape warrant (DOC). Transported and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
- 42-year-old female
- Arrested for: Theft 3 (active Lynnwood PD warrant). Transported to SCORE Jail and booked
- 43-year-old female
- Arrested for: Delivery of a Controlled Substance
- 37-year-old male
- Arrested for: Use of a Controlled Substance in Public (active Marysville PD warrant). Transported and booked into Marysville Jail.
- 55-year-old male
- Arrested for: Theft 3 (active Skagit County warrant)
- 38-year-old female
- Arrested for: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Lynnwood PD warrant) and Theft 3 (Renton warrant)
- 42-year-old male
- Arrested for: Felony DOC warrant. Transported and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
- 51-year-old male
- Arrested for: Trespass. Transported and booked into Snohomish County Jail.
- 42-year-old female
- Arrested for: Multiple Lynnwood PD warrants – Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft 3, Assault 4. Transported to SCORE Jail and booked

This address is actually just outside the city limits of Lynnwood in unincorporated Snohomish county. This kind of activity seems more common in the donut hole of unincorporated area between Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Everett and Mukilteo where your only police coverage is from an overburdened Snohomish County Sheriffs department.
Press release from the police got the apartment complex name wrong. It’s the very similar named MT View apartments that are down the road on the other side of 99.
