Sierra will be Lynnwood’s only off-price retailer dedicated to active and outdoor merchandise and is opening its doors in Alderwood Plaza on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

The new 22,000-square-foot store, located at 18600-B 33rd Avenue in Lynnwood—next to Big 5 Sporting Goods and Albert Lee Major Appliances—will offer a fresh assortment of apparel, footwear, and gear designed for movement in all its forms—whether you’re walking the trails at nearby Lynndale Park, paddle boarding on Puget Sound, running errands, hitting a high-energy workout, or heading out on a weekend adventure.
Shoppers can expect top brands at prices up to 20–60% less than department and specialty store prices, with an ever-changing selection that encourages discovery and makes it easy to try new activities or stay active year-round.
To celebrate its opening, Sierra is hosting a grand opening event on Saturday, May 9 starting at 8 a.m. The festivities will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Sierra-branded giveaways, and a fun “hidden hang-tag” activity with gift cards tucked throughout the store for lucky shoppers to find.
In honor of the new Lynnwood store, Sierra will donate $10,000 to a local charity, reinforcing its commitment to giving back to the communities it serves.
