EVERETT, WASH. – Reservations are open now for the Jetty Island Ferry, offering day trips to the beach this summer at the Port of Everett’s Jetty Island – the longest sandy beach in Puget Sound.

Getting to Jetty Island is easy. Simply reserve seats online and catch a short ride aboard the seasonal foot ferry from Jetty Landing Park to the two-mile-long manmade island during Jetty Island Days from July 8 through Sept. 6, 2026.

Jetty Island Days is an annual public access program provided in partnership by the Port of Everett, City of Everett and Snohomish County, bringing thousands of visitors to this Pacific Northwest gem each summer.

“Jetty Island is a must-have on summer bucket lists whether you’re a longtime visitor, or if this is your first time coming to the Everett waterfront,” said Catherine Soper, Port of Everett Chief of Business Development and Tourism. “Jetty Island’s long, sandy beach, warm and shallow water, space to play, and stunning views of Puget Sound makes it a rare gem that we’re proud to offer as public access for Snohomish County.

Float Find is also returning for another year! The Port of Everett and Schack Art Center are partnering once again to hide 20 glass floats on Jetty Island every week July 10 – August 28. More information to come soon!

The City of Everett Parks and Facilities department is working on its seasonal calendar of fun for island-goers to be announced soon. In years past they have hosted activities from fun theme days and nature walks to sports and interactive programs. Learn more at www.visiteverett.com/jetty.
