‘Joe Cares!’ Mukilteo mayor launches re-election campaign

MUKILTEO—Mukilteo Mayor Joe Marine announced his bid for re-election Wednesday, April 30, with a campaign kickoff at Mukilteo’s Rosehill Community Center to approximately 80 attendees.
