Man found guilty in 2021 crime spree stretching from Mukilteo to Seattle

EVERETT—A Snohomish County jury found Joseph Forest Sims, 33, guilty on all counts on Tuesday, March 26, related to a 2021 multi-jurisdiction crime spree (Bothell, Mukilteo, Shoreline, and Seattle) involving, rape, drive-by shootings, burglaries and kidnappings.
