Highway 99 is shut down in both directions at the 17400 block

Lynnwood, Wash., December 2, 2020 — At 2:15 this afternoon a woman in her 20s driving the Jeep Grand Cherokee pictured below struck a woman in her 70s who was in a crosswalk on Highway 99.

The driver initially left the scene but returned and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Sadly, the victim was taken to Providence with critical injuries.
