MUKILTEO, Wash., September 7, 2021 – For its regular Mukilteo City Council BUSINESS meeting today, the following items are on the agenda for discussion:
- Draft 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan Review (AB21-73)
- Harbour Pointe Sector 3 Development Discussion (AB21-84)
The City Council is to discuss on the 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) draft. A Planning Commission public hearing on an updated City of Mukilteo Six-Year CIP is currently planned for September 16, 2021. Additional Council discussion of the CIP is currently scheduled for the November 4th Council meeting, with a public hearing and adoption scheduled for November 8, 2021.
The second order of business will discuss the vision for future development of Lot 4A on Sector 3 including whether the Sector 3 Development Agreement still represents the current City’s vision. Sector 3 is a portion of Harbour Pointe that includes the Sno-Isle Library, Harbour Pointe Senior Living, Walgreens, the Montessori School, and the Staybridge Suites Hotel.
