Source Control Program Briefing
The City is required by its 2019-2024 Phase II National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, Condition S5.C.8 (“Permit”) to develop and implement a Source Control Program. As part of this condition, the City must adopt an ordinance requiring businesses to implement source control Best Management Practices
