Man drove next to small vehicle on Hwy 522, bearing into its lane causing car part debris as he sideswiped, then regained lane. Small car and RV both SB on aI5, taking Lynnwood WB exit, small vehicle in front. RV took dirt police and aid car cut onto Lynnwood EB exit, turning EB at intersection where he hit another car destroying driver’s side taillight. All traffic stopped as RV ploughed into rockery. I drove behind RV so he could not back out. Second car driver pulled into parking spot as man jumped from RV’s passenger side, running toward bldg.
