Pacific Crest Savings Bank welcomes Angela Monsef

Lynnwood, Wash., May 2, 2023—Pacific Crest Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Angela Monsef has joined the Lynnwood community bank as senior loan processor. Monsef brings more than 15 years of consumer and residential lending and mortgage experience to the role, previously serving in various lending positions around the greater Puget Sound region.

“Angela’s enthusiasm and experience in mortgage banking, consumer and residential lending offer a valuable asset for both our community and the clients we serve,” said Sheryl Nilson, CEO of Pacific Crest Savings Bank. “We are delighted to welcome her to the Pacific Crest team.”

As a senior loan processor at Pacific Crest, Monsef will support the lending team and work closely with clients to determine their individual needs, guiding them through processing and closing their loan.

Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Monsef worked extensively in residential lending, most recently serving as senior loan processor at Capstone Home Loans for more than six years. She began her career as a loan processor at Bay Equity in Everett, where she quickly fell in love with the relationship aspect of the business and refined her skills in client services.

“I pride myself on my communication skills and ability to act as a guide for clients through every stage of the complex loan process,” Monsef said. “What drew me to Pacific Crest was its longstanding dedication to the local community, clients and team members, and I am incredibly excited for the opportunity to help our clients build the next phase of their personal and professional lives.”

Angela Monsef grew up in Charleston, SC, before moving to Washington as a teenager, and currently resides in Lake Stevens. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Washington outdoors, hiking, and singing in her local community choir.
