39th District lawmakers to host town halls in Concrete and Marysville

As part of their ongoing commitment to engage with constituents and foster open dialogue, Sen. Keith Wagoner (R-Sedro Woolley), Rep. Carolyn Eslick (R-Sultan), and Rep. Sam Low (R-Lake Stevens) of Washington’s 39th Legislative District are pleased to announce two town halls scheduled for Saturday, February 17th.

Concrete Town Hall
Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Where: Concrete Theatre (45920 Main Street)

Marysville Town Hall
Time: 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Where: Marysville Pilchuck High School Auditorium (5611 108th St. NE)

During the 90-minute town halls, the three lawmakers will provide an update on the current legislative session, discuss key issues impacting the 39th District, and address questions and concerns from attendees.

Reflecting on the importance of community engagement, Sen. Wagoner stated, “Town hall meetings offer a vital opportunity for us to directly connect with the people we represent, hear their perspectives, and discuss the issues that matter most to them. We are eager to engage in productive conversations and provide insights into our legislative work.”

Rep. Eslick emphasized the significance of constructive dialogue, saying, “I believe open communication between lawmakers and constituents is fundamental to a healthy democracy. These town hall meetings enable us to listen to the diverse voices within our district and work collaboratively towards solutions that benefit our communities.”

Echoing his colleagues’ sentiments, Rep. Low added, “Transparency and accessibility are essential components of effective representation. These town halls are a valuable way for us to hear directly from the people we serve and ensure their voices are heard in Olympia. I encourage all residents of the 39th District to join us at these town hall meetings, share their thoughts, and participate in shaping the future of our region.”

Constituents are encouraged to attend either of the town hall meetings on Saturday.
