City of Mukilteo opens applications for 2025 Lodging Tax Grant

MUKILTEO—The City of Mukilteo Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) has opened the application process for the next year of grant funding.

The City of Mukilteo is inviting local non-profits, government agencies, destination marketing organizations, and convention and visitors’ bureaus to apply for a 2025 Lodging Tax Grant. State law limits the use of lodging tax funds. All applications must be for one of the following uses:

  • Tourism marketing
  • Marketing and operations of special events and festivals
  • Operations of tourism-related facilities owned or operated by non-profit organizations
  • Operations and capital expenditures of tourism-related facilities owned by municipalities or public facilities districts only

The deadline to apply online is 4:00pm on Monday, September 23, 2024; no late applications will be accepted after that date. Applications will only be accepted online, not on paper.
