Everett Pride and CASA present a Solstice-themed Pride this weekend

EVERETT—Everett Pride and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are hosting its annual Pride celebration this weekend, from Friday, June 20, through Sunday, June 21, featuring block parties, markets, and a diva drag brunch.

Friday marks the beginning of the celebration with a free 21+ Solstice Night Market, from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Wetmore Avenue, between Pacific Avenue and Hewitt Avenue. The event will be hosted by Caela Bailey and Adra Boo and feature live music by Queen Mother, Thavoron, TrAsh PANdA GokArt, and DJ Summer Soft in collaboration with the Everett Music Initiative.

The next day, on Saturday, June 21, there will be a free, all ages, block party from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. with music performances by C*ntry, Byrd, and David Johnson as well as drag performances by Ember Royale Touche, Gina Touche, Jennavesia Touche, Just Kitt’n, Ms. Kenbie, Levi U, and Wanton-More.

Then, on Sunday, June 22, the celebration will conclude with a fierce and fabulous Drag Brunch, proudly presented by Everett Pride at 16Eleven. This 21+ event will run $65 a person with a $15 deposit required to secure a reservation. The brunch show will be hosted by the dazzling Lylac, with performances by Jayla Rose, Riley Burrows, and Boujee Cherry, celebrating glamour, self-expression and pride.

Everett Pride is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Washington. The organization strives to build a safe, fun, connected community for LGBTQ+ people of all ages in the City of Everett, Washington.

Its mission statement is to work towards a future without discrimination, where all people under the LGBTQ+ intersectionality can feel safe, celebrated, and fulfilled. It does this by producing and facilitating LGBTQ+ pride events.

Snohomish County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) champions for the best interests of children in the dependency system, ensuring they are heard, supported, and empowered. It advocates first for family preservation and reunification, recognizing that children thrive when connected to their families, culture, and community.

In 2023 Snohomish County’s Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) was recognized as an Innovator of Inclusion by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation for its All Children – All Families (ACAF) program.
