EVERETT—Economic Alliance Snohomish County will host its annual Port Report on July 16 in Everett. Presented in partnership with the Tulalip Tribes, Herald Media, North Sound Media, The Boeing Company and Snohomish County PUD, the event will feature an update from the Port of Everett on its economic impact and current projects.
As a major driver of Snohomish County’s economy, the Port of Everett generates more than $433 million in annual business revenues and supports over 40,000 jobs. This year’s Port Report will spotlight the Port’s ongoing development initiatives and its continued commitment to strengthening the regional economy through infrastructure investment, job creation, and trade expansion.
“This event gives our community and business leaders an inside look at the progress being made on the Everett waterfront and what lies ahead,” says Ray Stephanson, President & CEO of EASC. “The Port of Everett continues to play a critical role in positioning Snohomish County for long-term economic success.”
This year’s event will feature a fireside chat with Port of Everett CEO Lisa Lefeber, heavy hors d’oeuvres and yard games for all to enjoy. New this year, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive hardhat tours of the Port’s development zones. Led by Port staff, these behind-the-scenes tours will provide a firsthand view of key projects shaping the future of Snohomish County’s maritime economy.
The Port Report will take place on Wednesday, July 16, from 4–7 p.m. at Hotel Indigo Seattle Everett Waterfront. To register, please click here https://bit.ly/PortReport25. For more information, please visit EconomicAllianceSC.org or contact us at info@EconomicAllianceSC.org.
