23-year-old shot multiple times, in critical condition at hospital

LYNNWOOD — A 23-year-old male is in critical condition at Providence Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries after being shot multiple times, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday.

On Saturday, June 20, Snohomish County patrol deputies responded to a 911 call of a shooting in front of the Tamaron Ranch Apartments located at 14500 Admiralty Way in unincorporated Lynnwood at 6:26 p.m.

Upon arrival, deputies located a 23-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Deputies immediately rendered aid and applied multiple tourniquets before the victim was transported by aid personnel to Providence Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives learned that the 23-year-old victim was shot while in the parking lot in front of the apartment complex.

Detectives recovered multiple shell casings from the scene and are actively working to identify the suspects who were seen fleeing the area in an unknown vehicle.

No motive or further details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting have been publicly released.
