MARYSVILLE — On July 14 at approximately 10:28 p.m., Marysville Police officers responded to a reported physical altercation between two adult males who were known to each other. The fight occurred behind Don’s Restaurant, located at 1216 4th St.
During the incident, one of the individuals became unresponsive and stopped breathing. Despite life-saving efforts by citizens, Marysville Police, and Marysville Fire Department medics, the individual could not be resuscitated and passed away at the scene.
The other individual involved in the altercation was arrested at the scene for Manslaughter First Degree and will be booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
