EVERETT—A man discharged his firearm after a reported road rage incident that took place just east of Everett Wednesday evening on the West End Trestle.
According to Washington State Patrol, two vehicles were traveling southbound on Interstate 5 around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, taking the ramp to Eastbound US2.
An unknown altercation occurred and the driver of one of the vehicles withdrew his firearm and discharged it at vehicle two. There is currently no description of the suspect or his vehicle.
The victim, a 38-year-old male from Oregon, was unharmed and called law enforcement shortly after.
The suspect is still at large, and the cause of the altercation is currently being investigated by the WSP.
