The manner of death is still pending; awaiting the results of a toxicology screen that was performed during the autopsy.

Marysville detectives have been in contact with family members of Ms. Arneklev and will continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding her death.

According to Marysville PD, Arneklev was a local Marysville resident currently with unhoused status.

Responding officers determined the female (at the time believed to be in her 20’s) was deceased and detectives were called to the scene shortly after.

The body was released to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office for identification and notify next of kin.

Detectives are still asking anyone who may have information regarding the death of Arneklev to contact the Investigations Unit at 360-363-8378.
